Rather then fight with those 10 mm bolts right below them there are two bolts that hold the entire bracket remove them instead and save yourself a huge headache.

I just tried, it doesn’t work due to the pipe that’s connected. I fucking hate this last 10mm bolt so much.

You're doing something wrong the part that goes into the engine is very short and pulls right out.The bolts I'm referring to are below the 10mm.bolts.
