Thank you much Master Chief.....Well informed videos with specs. Like the Do's and Don't. I have been searching for months for online videos on how and what tools need to replace brake pads and rotors 04 4R V6 4x4. Only thing is, not sure what the rotor size is. Either 338mm or 319mm. Any feedback would be appreciated. Starting my brake project next few days. Will be looking on your site for parts...

Does it matter if the M clip is at the top or bottom? I’ve watched a few videos and some people put on the top and some people put on the bottom.

Wondering the same I had mine on the bottom

What if you inadvertently take the other bolts off and the caliper comes apart and leaks brake fluid all over? Also how do you compress the calipers in to accept the new pads if you don't buy new ones?

He just shows up with a brand new caliper after cleaning up the old one 😂😂😂

What size are the rotors, 319mm or 338mm? 07 6 cylinder, 265/65/R17 112T.

The front rotors on the V6 4 Runners are 319mm. For the V8 Limited and Sport they are 338mm.

Using old calipers pistons have to be retracted with a C- Clamp most important knowledge!

You hit it with the impact then torqued.. it’s over torque now
@soulofanunknownsoldier80664 жыл бұрын
Lol... no he didn’t man. The wrench only clicks when it’s at the given torque specs. So if it hadn’t clicked when he first started torquing he didn’t impact it to the point it was at 91 ft lbs. Hope that makes sense
