I just performed this procedure on my Driver side front door this evening. Only took me a hour taking my time. Rather than fooling with chance breaking the tabs on the window slide track, like you did in this video removing the actuator, I simply took wire cutters and cut the plastic tabs on the actuator, throwing it away anyways, and it dropped out no problem. No fumbling with it like Biden speaks.

Getting that actuator off that bottom hook looks to be a challenge. That plastic is so easy to break, just like it did in the video. Too bad Ford didn't make that piece out of some light gauge metal,so if you had to, you could bend it. How could you repair the window guide other than replacing it?

If you take the glass out and remove the outer door handle I believe that whole window track piece and latch can come out as one assembly, then you can separate them out of the car.

So, at 9:12 you broke the white plastic from the window guide plastic. What did you do when putting it back together?
