How To Replace Key Remote Battery In 2003-2012 Honda Accord

Replacing the key remote battery in my 2007 Honda Accord. Compatible with Hondas that use the key with part number OUCG8D380HA. To my knowledge, this process is the same in most 2003-12 Accords, 2006-11 Civics, 2005-11 CR-Vs, and 2005-2012 Pilots.

When replacing the battery, does that mess up anything with the programming of the key? Meaning it should or would work fine after replacing the battery?

You can go to your local walgreens or walmart to purchase the battery
