This is the only video i found on YT that shows the detailed steps for the Outlander brake and rotor change thank you. May i ask when you replace the rotors for the rear is it the same process as the front rotors?

Hi there. I am glad that it has helped. I am yet to change the rear rotors but I believe it is the same. After you remove the calipers and pads, you then remove the pad carrier and that should give you the room you need to remove them then. I hope this helps 👍🏻

Já mudei os pinos do suporte das pincas de travão mas continuo a ter folga e em estradas mais irregulares sinto muito chocalhar das pastilhas quando travo o barulho some.. os pinos sao novos acha que devo mudar o suporte que acopla a pinça de travão também?

Your rear brake pads are worn extremely unevenly. You should replace caliper screws, or even whole caliper.

They weren't that unevenly worn. But I know what you mean. since then it has had more of the brake components replaced. The car is owned by family who are pensioners who can't afford to chuck loads of money at it and do it all at once. So I help them out.

Hi, I'm sorry I didn't remove the e brake cable for the pads on the rear. But I think, if it is the same as my Vauxhall (gm) if you have the e brake off. Put the caliper back in place with bolts in it and then use a big flat head screw driver or set of pipe grips to push and hold the e brake lever back and it should give you enough room to remove the cable from the lever. I hope that this helps
