THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.....I have watched several videos but never succeeded in getting the cartridge changed and working. Thank you for covering all the basic steps for those of us who are NOT computer savy. Your Video is fantastic....easy to follow and doable for all. I threw my last printer in the trash because I couldn't change the ink and could not find a video that told me how get the cartridges out when they did not slide out. Thank you, again.
