Thanks for the excellent video. It is clear and concise. One thing I will point out, is that you should drop the bolts in from the top, so the threads are not exposed to buildup over time.

That would be actually worse the brackets that hold the shocks hold rust anyway plus it would be a pain in the ass to blindly start the nut on top of the bolt.

Also re-installed the bolts upside down from how they were removed. Torqued on the bolt side of the nut side. Torqueing on the bolt head adds resistance from the bolt going through parts/components. Nut side is a more accurate way. Probably doesn't matter here, it's not like he's installing heads etc.

Mine has the threaded Clips with very hard if not impossible access to a nut on top. Any tips to replace the clips if one breaks?

I don’t have a lift or a jack stand that damn tall, are those two necessary? Is it safe to change shocks while the truck is just sitting on the ground and putting a jack under the differential and just lifting that side of the truck to mount the shock on the upper part?

+OGeeApe This procedure might be different for your application. We do not currently have a how-to video for this particular year, make and model. Thank you for asking! 1aau.to/m/Shop-TRQ

Anyone doing this please note... To get the driver side shock off drop your spare tire if you have one to get better access if you do not do this you will be in a world of head ache. Take my advice
