thanks- do you have any issues with the central locking? i constantly have to unlock all the doors to gain acces to the boot or rear seats.because it auto locks.but doesnt auto unlock

Yes of course as long as it is a CR1616 and the same voltage it can be any brand.

In Australia we use a CR2032 battery.
