How to replace the Cabin Air Filters on a Lexus 470! (GX, LX, or Toyota Land Cruiser)

Also, don't forget to read my note at the end of this video about cabin air filter replacement frequency. I know when I lived in the city, I hardly ever changed this filter because I didn't need to! Now that I live in the country, and I park under a huge, beautiful flowering pollen tree, I change the filter every year around pollen season. There are also upgrades available that have charcoal/carbon embedded in the fibers to help with odor control. Naturally, these are a little more expensive, but worth it if you like to travel with pets, or have children with seasonal allergies.

There were also little bits of leaves below the bottom filter, I had to be inventive and create a long nozzle for the vacuum to get in there. The source of the little rattling I've been hearing is gone! Thanks for the video!!!

The cabin air filters on my quest are recessed behind the center fuqin console! I literally have to take the glove box off and remove several items in order to access both of the filters. Literally a fuqin 2 hr job just to change the fuqin cabin air filters. There are two of the fuqers to boot! Makes no sense because they are deep behind the center console. Don't think they have been changed ever in 12 years. I tried and said fuq it. I didn't have the tools to get to them.
