How to replace the temperature sensor on a Miele tumble dryer

hello greetings from Latvia please what do i need to do , i removed drum from my electrolux time manager and i cant split it in half because those screws are hidden by plastic all around and that plastic is not removable what should i do? thanks for advice any advice will be helpful.

Hi LordenTree, on some models of washing machine the tub is welded which means you can not separate it, unfortunately, you would have to replace the whole unit.

@@eSpares so there is no way i can seperate it? There are screws they are just hidden by plastic, maybe i could try to melt one screw plastic away if they are removable then i could try to remove all plastic and then maybe seal it with silicon or if there is no other way i could try to find replacement tub. I really love this machine because i love how it cleans, on the tub it says carboban maybe i could find similar washer and try to replace the drum? This washer ir 7 years old nothing is rusted only bearing or the spider went broke but it seems that bearing have given up because the seal gave up all tub is rusty so for sure bearings are gone also my washer has 2 small weights in front, i think my washer model is Electrolux TimeManager EWF1498 or something like that so do you recommend me to try melting it down or maybe i could try to remove pully sorry im bad at english the thing that holds shaft of inner drum maybe i could remove it and maybe knock the bearings out and take bearing to the shop and find replacement and try to put them back in? Maybe that could work .

Hi LordenTree, it depends on the production number of the machine as Electrolux made a range of machines in different factories, some with welded tubs that cannot be repaired as some with screws so the tub can be split to replace the insides if you definitely have screws you should be able to split it and we have a video to help kzbin.info/www/bejne/jpKpd2Vjh9FrhMU
