Thank you. Easy to follow. I noticed when I changed my thermostat that the Lexus dealership had put the thermostat housing on upside-down the last time they changed the thermostat. Very disappointed in many mechanics!

Good video but lexus use pink radiator fluid these foreign cars are real touchy whether it's fluids,or parts or electrical sensors always use oem.

What if the thermostat hole is not lined up ? Will I still get no heat symptoms and that radiator hose being cool to the touch ?

Are we allowed to mix coolant? I thought Lexus took Red coolant untill 2005 then Pink after 2005.

Pink supercedes the red, you can put pink in anything that took red from factory (toyota at least), the red is called LLC ( long life coolant ) and the pink is SLLC ( super long life coolant ) basically the same though

You put the outlet on upside down, that’s why it’s so close to the alternator. I own 3 gs300s…
