Right! By late fall, where I live, it will get dark before 5 pm, or thereabout, and the sun won't be up until around 8 am! 😂

"We should be going to sleep when the sun is setting, we should be getting up when the sun is rising" I'm not even sure our far African ancestors who lived near the equator line did that. That would mean 12 hours of sleep for them and very short waking days. And for us it means extremely different sleep patterns depending on the season and how close we live from the North pole.

I wish you would address how important HRT is for premenopausal & menopausal women. HRT after one month changed my dolphin insomnia I have had for 5 yrs. I literally have had 3 hrs sleep for most nights u til recently. Women have to know that the old research wasn’t correct & we need HRT for sleep & so many other benefits 🙏🙏🙏Blessing’s
