The reason why the Millennials are unable to afford a home and have long term investments is because the government has trained us to focus on short term things like overpriced clothing, jewelry, upgrades, social media, etc.... I have been a minimalist for the past 2 years and I LOVE IT. I focus less on what I don't have and more on what life is about, memories and moments.

You are absolutely right - I agree. It's so unfortunate they really programmed some of us to focus on all the wrong things in life. I am on a journey to become as minimalistic as I can, and it's been one of the best choices of my life.

The GOVERNMENT did not do that to you. Advertisers, celebrity worship, social media, retailers and more have taught us over the years that more mean better. They have taught us to fill the holes in our souls with stuff when it doesn't really work. Mr. Banks has told us to walk away from social media and other forms of advertising in order to learn to be strong enough to not fall for their manipulations. Most of the time if we do not know that the next "awesome" product exists then we would be perfectly happy with what we own.

YES! I LOVE THIS. The typical resets that’re supposed to give us back control over our lives end up just making us spiral! It can seem like changing everything at once is a great idea. It gives us the momentum we need to move forward. But, more likely, we just get overwhelmed with all the things we’re trying to get done. I think there’s a better way... Chipping away at our goals.
@budd20e3 жыл бұрын
Faith without work is dead---what a beautiful saying. Clear and to the point. It also reminds me of a saying my grandmother used to reiterate "Good things come to those who wait". She would always say this in the context of working hard and putting in a great deal of effort towards a goal reminding herself and others that patience and perseverance are important. Thanks for sharing this. :)

Hi Gillian. you may also love to watch our video on “Why Should You Reboot Yourself” at kzbin.info/www/bejne/hILHc6Bqj5uqm68 Let’s face it, we reboot our mobile phone more than we reboot ourselves, don’t we? You update your phone when the notification pops up, and boom, in minutes, it’s running faster, no more glitches and it’s running smoother than it was before. This is what we need to do for ourselves, don’t you think? Our human body is the mother of all technologies. In this episode, we share how we rebooted our business to align with our life, plus you will learn how to do this for yourself too.

Thank you so much for this video. I have just started my first year looking at minimalism and a purposeful life Sometimes the hard part is letting go and leaving. I love the way to address your audience . As a believer I receive your message as a connection to what pleases GOD as well as living a life we were meant to live. This is a message for the world we live in right now. I will continue to share your video with my friends and at my church with your face talking if you do not mind. There is a message in this and I can see it clearly for myself. Other may see something for them as well. You are right. "it is never to late"

Hey Ron! This video is right on time for me. Questions are answered for real. Are you a mind reader lol? You always seem to know what to say and when to say it. Thank you again big time. Peace.

I am actually enjoying this channel, so many videos I have watched and relapsed back into old habits but this one he actually explains things in bite size that is easier for the sub conscious to process. His energy uplifts. Best wishes to you sir.
