They literally jack the block up onto a motorcycle, drive off, and when they get to where they are going, they dump it off the back onto a pile of tires. Это еще что.. в одном видео заготовка вращалась в токарном патроне и ее штангелем измеряли без остановки, не удивлюсь если и микрометром в таких же условиях за кадром 😨 А так после такой "шлифовки" (просто мрак), если каналы под охлаждение и масло не прочистили от пыли - то трущиеся пары очень быстро выйдут из строя.

That's how we used to do it in our shop when I was a kid. In the dirt, with hand tools. No fancy tools in our shop. Just the bare minimum specialty engine or transmission tools that we couldn't make ourselves. A couple places of concrete for clean parts and assembly. Don't know it you know this about bearings and gears, but they don't like dirt. They hate it. Lol. I'm more at home in an old dirt floor shop than in a brand new one full of technology. The men in this video DO NOT rely on fancy tools or equipment. Just their proven skills. I love that shit and always have a good time doing it. Gonna find another to watch.

Все правильно они гильзовку делают. Оправка там походу не стальная и заходят в блок гильзы с одинаковым усилием. Если прессом давить ,это опаснее может треснуть незаметно. Можно деревом там бруском и кувалдочкой еще. Все мотористы так делают.а там в крутых сто может и азотом охлаждают гильзы .

It’s always awesome and an eye opener at the same time. Because in the USA we take for granted a lot of things that other countries do totally different. Not saying we don’t or can’t do this but they have way less tools and procedures than we do. Also that many people here working on one engine would be a total nightmare.
