What do you recommend if a person has chronic insomnia (sleeping 3 hours night) ?
@SteveDenver0910 ай бұрын
Yoga nidra and single nostril breathing have been helpful for me now. For a time, I also went on Diazepam. I fought going on it for a long time but eventually gave in and was glad I did. Sleepless nights are brutal and can add up. I feel for ya but keep trying until you find something that works for you🙏🏼

Did your sweet spot eventually grow or did you learn to live within your sweet spot? Example, you used to be able to run regularly at a 8-9 but now live in a 5-7. I hope that makes sense! Thanks

Great question!! The sweet spot absolutely grows with you as you progress! So if your 5-7 got you 1 mile previously, your 5-7 will get you to 5 miles in the future +

Eventually, you could also experiment with upping the intensity for short durations as well, EG to an 8. But for the purpose of recovery, best stay between 4-6 / 5-7
