In 2017 the largest heart hospital in the city told me that I had degenerative cardiomyopathy that would eventually require a heart transplant. I was told that I needed to take medication the rest of my life. They scared me. Today my LVEF is 66% and the cardiomyopathy is "Resolved". The director of cardiology at that hospital said to me in his office that meat causes cancer, T2D and heart disease before he stormed off like a scared little school girl.. He hated that I knew my medical records. He's still in the same role and is hurting people. That's unforgivable. And anyone who reads this might think I am a little pissed off and I am. I wasted 5 years of my life with "experts" who didn't have a clue. Never once did any of these experts ask me what I ate. Bastards !

Definitely get rid of seed oils! Stop, or significantly reduce, your sugar intake. Cut your carbs. Go low carb or no carb! Consider going carnivore , even if temporarily. Exercise! Doesn't have to be vigorous. Do some resistance training, three or four times a week. Avoid or reduce your stress levels. Get good quality, restorative sleep, - and plenty of it.

One crucial factor i would add is oral hygiene. This is a big influencer on what goes into our bodies. Healthy mouth bacteria is a key source of our k2. Having fluoride and mouthwash damages this bacteria impacting the process. In addition, unhealthy bacteria can make it into out blood stream via damaged teeth/ root canals. This is a significant influence on heart health. Read up on various dentists and also dr Thomas Levy. Also recommended reading includes research on linus Paulings work

The magnesium in plants also come with antinutrients such as phytic acid and oxalates which bind minerals so you can't absorb them.

Great video Suresh. I believe you can request a dye free ct angiogram. Would this be a good idea for those worried re the ct contrast? I assume the contrast free ct would still provide some results?

Does dietary calcium contribute to artery calcification? And is calcification of the teeth a sign of possible arterial calcification?
@sophtaylАй бұрын
Calcification in the arteries is a healing process. Dietary calcium from natural sources is fine and needed. Supplements are discouraged. The key is what is causing the need for repair. Deal with this, monitor inflammatory markers and manage accordingly

@@Themeatmedic just copy Earthlings Documentary . First thing that will show on YT. Genesis 1.29 - And God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.
