How to Ride a Dual Sport in Hot Weather

These are my four tips for riding in hot weather on a dual sport.
Please know that I am not the best at following my own advice and these are things I tend to forget each spring and summer.

Just drink some coconut water!! Is what I did when I was into riding! I used to ride in the sand dunes in the summer! It was hot! So drinking that will help and eat some tomes keeps you for Cramping up
