If you drive normally e85 won’t be that much less than running regular, when you’re on it tho it will eat up that e85 really quick. Been running e85 with catless header for over a year now and can’t go back.

DUDE, shit runs out DUMB fast when you get on it... its totally worth it tho, the only time im probably ever gonna switch to 93 is if i do a long drive.. otherwise its e85 all day.. Hows your cold starts in the winter tho? Have you had your injectors checked?

@@ShumileSwift Haven't had any trouble with cold starts in winter, only ever gets around 20 degrees F where I'm at. Bought mine new in 2018 and been running OFT e85 stage 2 since 9K miles (at around 19K now) and everything has been running like day one. Haven't got injectors checked. Every 4 months or so I'll run a straight tank of 93.

@@krabbitt5509 I found it, so you just need to wait till the fuel light goes on then fill up with e85 then flash it. You don’t need any modifications whatsoever

I thought you needed the flex fuel kit?? Stock fuel pump isn't meant for ethanol. You also need the tune but I'm not sure the pump is optional

Stock fuel pump is not meant for ethanol but all the guys that have done this including me in my BRZ have had no issues.

Love the video man, question I just ran my car to e then filled it up with e85 gas and I drove it for a bit waiting for the stft to go up or down but both that one and the long term are at zero. Im still on stage 2 tune, should I tune to e86 or wait it out? Ive been driving for 8 miles and no difference please let me know

Theres an e85 gas station app for iOS. Im pretty sure there's an app for android too. You can find every e85 station within how ever many miles you decide. Theres a bunch in NYC

Hello, today I sucesfully flashed my Brz to E85 using only an OFT Stage 2+ E85 tune without flex fuel kit. Thank you! My question is, do I need to keep looking at my fuel trim every time I need to add more gas to my tank or do I just add E85 to my tank every time from now on? Like do I have to add and mix E85 and 91 to get a certain trim level forever every time I need to add more gas when I'm low on the tank or can I just add E85 from low to full tank from now on now that I have the OFT tune?
