This method is miraculous. I was in basketball team during HS & slowest among the entire squad of 20, tho i was Starter & position 2-3. My first-step tech & short dash was the fastest but my topspeed was ridiculously slow. One time in a drill, i truly exerted myself to being faster until after that 1 drill run cycle, my quad&glutes instantly couldnt move anymore. I was so ashamed of miself Then just months, was entire HS P.E final tests, including 60-100m dash/sprint. The night before, i watched this man Son Of Wind tech & taught myself by nothing but imitating, shadow traning the whole noon-night Result.... Fastest in whole school by milesssss tho i had to walked myself some meters before finish line just bcs i was afraid of being hated by peers

@@diam.ond. wow been a year since i wrote this. Btw im in 30s now so the incident was decades ago~ Its a long story The situation was, i lived in a HS boarding school so like 24/7 with the boys & turned out only less than 10 were (are, still now) real friends, where the rest of near a hundred from my class year hated me behind my back & its solely bcs of envy*. 1st time i was told of it, it was year 1 & i thought things could just be better over the yrs ahead by getting along much better w them, trying to help, share & be closer w each of them personally heart to heart thru many chances, activites, without the need of immediate provoking/confronting 3 yrs went by & my heart felt like we were in better relationships already But turned out it was still bad and worse. even more ridiculous now the slander, horrible slanderous nicknames, lies of stories & whatnot that haters do behind someones back. Moreover it was until our final year, after the Final Exams or wtv sort, so we're just waiting to graduate then be separated for our lives so on, why kept on hating for so long man? -I thought Hence over those years, i kept good news private or even intentionally cut short/handicapped wtv praises, scores, milestones i got just in order to manage their envy away. Including vry modest dressing to not emphasize my better looking part even more *No need to ask for clarification, bcs eventually i brawled w many of braves among them 1v1 for a full day then after, kind of lectured them of a "why hate me?" Class then forced a concession that indeed they just envied me as a whole package. Then we apologized & all cried together

I first met Carl Lewis at the Mt. SAC Invitational in 1982. He uses and teaches the concept that the BACKSWING of the arms is what generates both the knee lift and production of ground forces with each foot strike, when sprinting. That, and STAYING RELAXED were his keys to success in the 1980's and 90's.

That's called "cheek-to-cheek" (No Diddy). Your hand goes from your face to you bottom as fast as you can. If you have like 3 pound hand weights train with those and when you're running regular you absolutely will run fast. As your arms go your legs will follow. When you get tired focus on your form and stay pumping.
