Most of these aren’t just problems with Ahsoka, it’s a Jedi problem as a whole. Ahsoka isn’t the only one who contradicts all of the Jedi teachings and the entire crux of the show is the contradiction between the Jedi being peacekeepers or soldiers, stoic or harsh, arrogant or foolish. Hating Ahsoka for this is stupid to me because it’s not just a contradiction bigger than her, but the point of the show and the prequels (the way I see it) And as for the ones that aren’t, they just show her immaturity in the earlier seasons (inability to follow orders) and later seasons are supposed to show how much she’s grown and how she can actually follow orders. I mean, that’s just how I see the show instead of hating it for these “flaws” rhat are obviously meant to be there and be talked about. That’s just my take on Ahsoka, the Jedi Council, and the show as a whole, so feel free to disagree.

My best was 10.97 15-20 years ago. I was just a kid who run on a track 3 times a week. No gym, no recovery, no flexibility, no nutrition and certainly no sports science like this. What could have Been 🙈

My question is.. if youre in the gym 3 days a week.. and need recovery.. when should we go out and sprint? Before or after the gym? On our days off the gym?

I'm a 43 yr old lifetime athlete that has had a lot of ups and downs with injuries. I just added 2 sprints to my nightly 5 km walks. I love it and hear there are so many benefits. I'm thinking of doing 3 days a week sprinting uphill 4 - 5 sets. 2 8-second sprints - 3 20 second sprints. On my days off can I do these exercises to improve? I definitely need to improve my technique.

He is breaking at the waist on his first step. His foot needs to come underneath his center of mass which means he needs to punch back to get his under the hips. Definitely could have better separation from knee to knee. But he is ultimately creating a braking mechanism when his foot comes out in front, he losing the chain of power or what is commonly known as triple extension. A short first step probably wouldn’t have been the first thing I brought up with this sprinter.
