What criteria do you use to safely evaluate potential "helpers" in you community that might be trusted to watch your child(ren)? I do not trust others with my children very often... Thank you!

I find that taking care of myself to be a huge chore. I mean, I make sure I’m “ok” I suppose, lol but to actually set aside time for self care sounds so exhausting. So I do husband first and then baby.

You’re gonna be all alone when they grow. Stop perpetuating a codependent relationship with your kids. They will be in therapy because of you. 👏🏼
