Nightfall varies, of course. Can this affect the change from απόγευμα to βράδυ or are the times you give pretty much standard?

You may here some people referring to 8.30pm as βραδυ but more often you will hear βραδυ starting at 9pm (especially in the summer where it gets darker later than the winter)
