Hi bro, when scaling a A+SC campaign, do you increase the daily budget by 20% or double the daily budget for more aggressive scaling? Or do you recommend duplicate the existing A+SC campaigns with a higher budget?

The last option is very good but I do scale adv campaign also if I have many ads inside that havent taken a budget and very strong dominant ad. I wont do 20% I will go by feel of how much it spend and how many ads are there and how much budget the main ad is taking.

Loved the video! Great stuff. Short and precise. Quick Q- What if its a Advantage Plus Campaign with just 1 creative and if it needs to be scaled? Should i increase daily budget by 15-20%? Thats still slow approach. Could you recommend a faster way to scale efficiently?

Very interesting concept Konstaninos, thank you for sharing. I never seen this one before, about duplicating things to scale up. I have few questions please: 1. So in order to use adv+ I need to have 10 different creatives (like image or videos) or 1 image with 10 different text angle would considered to be 10 creatives? 2. I'm confused on how you scale things with adv+/cbo. Do I create a campaign, let it run for 2 days and adjust budget daily by increasing and decreasing by 20% to the point where it has optimal ROAS? What if I can keep scaling it up by 20% for 10x (10 days) and still getting good result, do I keep going until it starting to drop, backup a little bit and get to the optimal budget? OR I can't adjust the budget, I can only duplicate the campaign? 3. If I can't adjust the budget, let say I use $150 budget for a campaign and would like to increase it to $250, do I duplicate the first campaign with $250 budget and turn off the previous ones? Or I duplicate the first campaign with $100 budget, making it 2 campaigns (old $150 + new $100) with total of $250? Thank you.

Hi. Took me long to answer cause your comment went to spam comments so had to manually aprove them 1) The creatives you can use it is up to you. Most of the time people use 3-4 main videos and many different hooks to them and angles to make several videos. Post id's is also a good way. 2) You can scale adv plus campaigns like this with the 20% rule im not against it or you can dublicate it and start with a much higher budget this time keeping the one that works already in the budget that it is without riking losing it if the scale fails. You just risk with the new and you keep the one working as a base. 3)I answered above but in your example I would try to get to 250 since it is just 100 more if you had 500 more I would dublicate leave the small and run the new with 500 Enjoy!

Again went to spam. 2 --> If adv plus is there use it. 3---> Yes but use the budgets that make sense for you. Just dont do less in the second campaign.

@@KonstantinosDoulgeridis Wow I switched to ADV+ like you're suggesting and boom my campaign results is so much better, thank you so much! Need some more clarification please: 1. My product is for both female and male, but the ads itself is targeting female as they're the major buyer. I can't find gender on ADV+ I supposed this is fine (maybe FB will find the right audience based on the ads)? 2. Another thing that I noticed is that I can't exclude buyer that already "purchased". My product is app subscription which means if they buy for 3-6 months then showing the ads to them is going to be waste (not like physical product than can be cross sell or upsell)? 3. If on day one the results is good, should I wait until day 3 before I duplicate it or I can duplicate it immediately on the 2nd day? 4. You mentioned to adjust my budget when duplicating but make sure not going less. Is that mean if I tried $100 and it's running well, I need to duplicate it to at least minimum of $100? If yes, let say on the 2nd campaign its running good too, I can duplicate another $100 campaign making it total of $300 ($100x3)?

1 yes adv plus doesent have gender specification they will change this later in the year as they said but not for now. Fb will find where to target 2 adv plus is a preset campaign and you cant do much about the options. You can do much only for creative. There is an option is some accounts to set percentage of retargeting audience but you might not have it 3 no no be a bit more conservative please 4 no do the second with 200 not 100

Hi Konstantinos! I have 2 leading creatives out of 6 in my advantage+ campaign. So what you are saying in order to scale with advantage + is to duplicate the campaign but turn off the winning ads to allow for the other creatives to be optimised? I absolutely ruined my previous adv+ campaign trying to scale it had a ROAS of 12.07. I followed facebooks fragmentation suggestion which I will never do again as it ruined it and sent it back to the learning phase

To let the rest be tested and if they work then optimize in a new adv plus since now all the budget goes to the leading ones. Leave this one be and do a new. Thats the way I scale.

If I only have 1 creative, can I still create 1 $50 campaign with 10 of the same creative to target different hot pockets? Or if this is the case, it's better use CBO crazy method? The advantage plus only spending on 2 ads, which means the rest (8) will just sit there until I did optimization and turn off the active (leading ads) and hoping the new ad will take over with different hot pocket and give better results? I watched several of your videos, would like to know if I'm on the right track. Thanks

So when you duplicate the campaign, do you disable everything except the leading ads in the original campaign? For example if you had 2 ads that were actually getting spend, do you disable everything except for those 2 in the original campaign, and then disable those two in the duplicated campaign?

Hi. Not only spend but sales. Volume and ROAS. If in an adv plus you get 2 ads taking all budgets and sales rest of the ads might be able to get sales too. So you dublicate the campaign and you run it without the 2 winning or 1 winning ad that you had in the first campaign. That way you keep the first and you test also your other creatives that didnt get budget. If it works and your creatives are good you have 2 campaigns and double the budget. If it doesent you just close the new and keep the first! Simple!

@@KonstantinosDoulgeridis Hey so wouldn't you want to disable the other ads that weren't getting any spend or sales in the first campaign since you're now testing them in the second campaign? Or is it ok to keep everything on in the first campaign? For example: Adv campaign has 10 ads. 1 is getting all the spend and sales. I duplicate the campaign and turn off the leading ad in the new campaign. Do I turn off the other 9 ads in the original campaign so that only the best performing one is running? I'm asking because if I duplicate it a third and fourth time, there could be a few identical ads in each campaign. Thank you very much for your help! Your videos are great!

The first campaign wont start spending on the rest. the budget has already been distributed closing them or keeping em on makes no difference. Watch my video on how you optimize adv plus campaigns. What I propose here with the dublication happens only after you finish the optimization with an adv plus campaign, which means in most cases that you wont have the rest open. Also you mention about dublicating third and fourth time. This is kind of abusing it. Go for new creatives instead.

Hey! This is an awesome video man. I set up the first Advantage + campaign as you suggested. How would you scale the budget of the first campaign before duplicating it. For example I set my first advantage + campaign at $60/day, it has now been 7 full days and is above my break even ROAS. Would you just increase the budget 20% each 7 days or double it? etc. Thank you!

I would increase slowly the budget trying to find where it will stabilize. You might end up losing the whole campaign if you do that too many times. I would do a bump to 100 just like this to test if my account can support 100 campaigns and then depending on results I would scale more if the results are amazing or stay there if I'm just getting acceptable results. I dont think you should do another campaign since you just spend 60 per day on this campaign.

@@podavishal Then use the 20% rule scaling but I don't have videos for it cause I don't use it and I don't like it. I like to scale with campaigns and more creatives. If you just have 1 creative then you shouldn't scale, focus on making more creatives.

In smaller budgets both platforms for sure. Later on bigger budgets, you can differentiate and run different campaigns for each platform. Also if you break down the results and you see that the results are good and 90% of the budget is on Facebook only there is no harm to duplicate this successful campaign and try alone Instagram :). Just an example.

Hi @Konstantinos - I really enjoyed your video thank you for the tips. Interesting to find out about creating a secondary/third campaigns to scale the other creatives. Any tips on creating rules for Advantage+ campaigns? I've noticed that you can not seem to apply a rule to a single A+ campaign, like you can for CBOs (I'm in Australia BTW - not sure if things are running differently over here). I am trying to do this for and A+ campaign which was running well, but now the CPA is running too high. However, I noted in your video, that your should not try and recalibrate A+ ads when they start performing poorly. Any tips you have in this area (how to recalibrate/improve the performance of an A+ ad/campaign which was performing well, but has now dropped off), would be appreciated. many thanks Si
