The best tutorial for shooting out here on this KZbin. I swear bro, I used to be the guy who used to poke the ball to "shoot" and never really shot like anyone else in my team. As I grew up, I realized that I need to somehow improve on my shooting. I tried many ways my friends and coaches told me but nothing came natural to me. When would you strike with your laces? (Like not side on but tongue of shoe facing forward perpendicularly)

Usually just for volleys. Pointing your foot facing forward is a very unnatural body movement. Even when hitting the ball with the laces, you want to angle your foot.

How do you control the height of your shot? I'd like to have that hard low shot that drives just slightly above the ground but is still low.
