At the business where I first learn't my trade over 30 years ago this was called a basic blend. We used to do 5 colour blends over her at Australian Fabric Printers back then. @fastr1337 I have seen it done on larger print runs but I agree with you. I wouldn’t want to do a large order like this. The blend changes over time and eventually needs to be started again. At some point you have to clear the ink off and start over. It’s really a special effect good for certain jobs and certain designs. Like a 12 piece order you want to spice up. @bullet101ANDSUM Hey there, glad you like my videos. You can use a heat gun to cure plastisol inks but it will be difficult to be consistent and at times hard not to burn the tee shirt fabric. Hey there! Your pallet size will determine what size shirts you can print as well as how big the design can be. So pallet size will depend on the job. My standard pallet size is 16x18 inches but I can’t fit youth shirts or some small ladies garments on them. For those I have to put on my smaller pallets. So you should end up having at least 2 sets of pallets and an array of other pallet sizes for commercial printing. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠

@noodaterika You’re welcome. I think you are asking about printing a solid color “fill” with an outline. That would be done with 2 different screens set up in the press at the same time.
