How to season a Clay Pot for cooking on a Gas stove, Simmering curry.

Cooking in a clay pot has a long history and now a days it is gaining popularity again. It is becoming a favored way to cook either a veg dish or non-veg dish or sweet dish.
Hence, its seasoning before use is necessary to prevent cracking, making it more durable for a long time use and strengthening the surface.

Very nice, kindly show how to seasoning curd pot after use gas stove high flaming ( I bought curd from shop, with clay pot ) but don’t know can I use gas stove higher flaming U seen many, our country min street people make rice flour pitha very high flaming same like put. Long time use and every day whole day in street won’t crack easily very high flaming. But don’t know how to seasoning. Please hope will understand. If will kindly please show how to seasoning used curd pot and will use gas high flame

Curd pot doesn't require seasoning because they're already seasoned but I suggest you use only medium to low flame while cooking

How to cook in it I have heard that we should not heat an empty pot directly for cooking it may lead to cracks then what we have to do before cooking

Should not put the clay pot on high flame.. always use it on medium to low flame and secondly don't leave the empty pot on flame for longer
