Thank you for sharing another great pose tutorial with modifications. 🙂I got a nice five minute break to stretch my back.

Do you have any tips how to modify the pose when you aren't as flexible? Like for me, I am not flexible enough to get into a 90 degree angle, and even if I put a pillow under my hips I just get to sitting up straight. And it makes it so that I need to use a lot of muscle tension to pull my body upwards and not fall to the back, as opposed to my body weight pulling me forward into the pose. I can't really relax into it, and I find that because I am tensing up so much just to pull my upper body up, I don't really get into the easing up and stretching. Bending my knees feels a bit unstable, maybe put a pillow under it? I'm not entirely sure if I am actually getting the same stretch if ai bend my knees.

Keeping your knees bent is definitely okay & just folding forward as much as you can & hopefully you'll loosen up with time.
