You have a customer that wants to buy. My goal is to get them to THEIR end goal which is ultimately going to improve their quality of life in some way. There’s different objections and obstacles that the customer may come up with, it’s my job to shoot those down with a perfectly rational and reasonable responses that I have prepared for ahead of time.
