bruh... my son and I both started with a company in August and haven't made a dime..! the first I ever heard the term leads in this industry was hearing you guys say it, I want to utilize this company for life insurance but we are told to just recruit and the recruit i had sign up has already quit cause none of us are seeing any money, I have not sat down with one client yet lol I'm sure some of this is my fault but all they do is push double digit recruiting to he successful in this industry But Recruiting is an entire different industry and I want to learn how to make a sale and paycheck before I promise anyone else they can make $2k a month with only 8hours a week like they sold us on... any advice will he appreciated

You can’t make any sales unless you talk to people about insurance. You can’t talk to people about insurance unless you get in front of them face-to-face or on the phone. You can do that by talking to friends and family, going to the neighborhood and knocking on every door, or purchasing leads. No matter how you choose to do it you have to go talk to the people to make a sale.
