Big fan of your team! Loving all the transparency and sharing. Interesting thing happens when you decide to "take the risk" and share all your secrets. By helping so many other people you also set yourself apart and become the authority on the subject. Sharing like this is truly a win-win scenario!

I appreciate this video and the time your team has taken to produce an awesome series focused on Design Sprints. I have been hesitant towards learning about this process and techniques your team practices for clients (why I don't know). However after this video I am just totally ready to engage in the Design Sprint process :) keep up the great work!

Great tips, its been a few weeks since i finished your masterclass and what interests me , when calling the companies to sell the design sprints, who are the profiles I should be seeking to contact in the company that a) could explain the challenges the company is facing b) could both validate the budget for the sprint. Is it the CEO, CTO, marketing ! Thnx for the input

Really engaging video Brittni! Great suggestion to use the lightning decision jam as a sales intro. Haters gonna hate and try to sabotage but the introverts and quiet thinkers will love it and outvote the haters!

Great stuff , are your sprints used for new apps or for adding features for their existing apps/ websites ?? Thanks

Excellent series on DS and loving the channel. In this video, Brittni says AJ&Smart uses Lightning Decision Jams to sell Design Sprints. How do you do these LDJs as part of the sales process? Seems like you would have to schedule their team to get on a video call to have them do the exercise with you. Do you mind sharing how you incorporate LDJs into the sales process?

Hey Khalil, we have a design sprint vs design thinking video (kzbin.info/www/bejne/q6e3hZp5irN8iqs). That may help! Let us know if not & we can add that video topic to our list =)

@@AJSmart Yes! I absolutely love your team, you are all so efficient. I think for a majority of us watching, we are working in a company in-house and we are in charge or at least part of our own product design workflow. Our company and the rest of your community have seen the utility equipment that you have used throughout the product design lifecycle and are interested in purchasing similar equipment such as the ones seen in your videos. For example, the large whiteboards you use, markers, erasers. Some of us would purchase any equipment you recommend or even sponsor to us. With that said, we also need a video about designing a room/ office space for product design! Thank you for providing so much value to the world.

@@perc-ai Hey that's really interesting to hear! Leave it with me and i'll (Calum) will see if i can get some kind of inventory for the kit we use! We actually have a video about setting up the scene, primarily for design sprint though. Hope this is of some use? kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKTMkJKqqKaUpJo

Great video! Next time you could say in the end "Tchau!" this is good bye in portuguese. You say it like the "ciao" from italian (which is hello in italian). :-)
