You can do the data alert or notification based on a value change. You need to create a measure that would help you to generate a value based on the data change. For example 1 or 0. Then, based on this value, you can set the alert, and I believe you can type your message as well or you can use Power Automate to enhance this process. docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-set-data-alerts I hope this would help you.

Hello, Can you show me how to send data alerts in PowerBi desktop version. Because this video procedure is not available with the desktop version of power Bi it is available only in Power Bi service. Thanks a lot!

This feature is not available on Power BI Desktop. Also, you need to publish a report on Power BI Service if you wish to send an alert or share your report with anyone else. Power BI Desktop app is just to create/design a report only. If you wish to share or create a dashboard, then you have to use Power BI service portal only.

@@BIConsultingPro I also have a flow using data driven trigger but it's not sending an email to me even the dataset are refresh. Does the value need to change so the trigger will apply? For example today I have a value of 3 on the card and then the next day still at 3 does it still trigger?. Mine is not triggering.
