What I love about the Venn diagram is the unexpected result. My typical goal setting always has me focusing on weight loss and writing - goals I haven't been able to commit to for years. But the Venn diagram left me with this: "My life’s work is to help kids who grow up in horrible homes by helping them combat tall poppy syndrome by showing them how to do what they truly want to each day." Needs refining, but it was interesting that this seems more aligned with my job as a teacher (which makes me think I chose the correct career in the first place). Eye-opening!!!

I have always wanted to write a book since I was around 12. In 2025, I want to have my book written. Too many years have passed where I just think and talk about my dreams. I want to write 24 chapters, which may or may not change. Fantastic video! I can seem myself accomplishing my goals more now. Love how you connected each topic and explained the 5 to Strive System (this is a game changer). Never really had a system for my goals tbh, so I guess it makes sense why I hardly accomplish them. Here's 1 of my goals for 2025: By the end of Q1, I will be an author with a book by writing, at least two chapters, each week because I want to encourage others to tap into their potential, despite where they are at in life.

Hi Alexis I could feel your enthusiasm and passion in this video. In fact I was so inspired I sat down and did a weekly set of todo’s and one goal to accomplish. I will have to rewatch the video. You covered many themes! Excellent thoughts about emotions and how you feel. Seen many other videos about different topics but this underlining theme of how you feel, comes through. Hard to explain. Briefly: the goal is owning a racing car, instead you should see your self driving that car and the emotion you feel. Another video was like you said that special emotion you felt, now manifest that to how you would feel if you had that camera. I did try your planner two years ago, for me the first part was complicated. However the weekly planner part is excellent. Can you buy just the weekly PDF. I know it’s one system. Part 2 on my goals to follow cheers Vancouver Island Canada

Thank you for this video. What if I can’t remember things from my childhood? There are fragments but nothing enough to string an entire thought or feeling.

Part 2, Goal 2025. My theme this year is “creative”: 1. Finish my book. Who, I want to be Arthur. What purpose, I want my book made into a movie. You said dream big😊 how goal is first draft end of January so I have 32,000 words to go, or ten chapters. So a chapter a week. And I am self editing with AI (poor grammar and spelling skills😢) so editing a chapter a week, which transcribes to an hour each per day. I won’t go into details on the other goals 2. Travel KZbin channel. 3, photography. 4. Learn to sail 5. Make crafts to sell at a market, I have 5 ideas. I think I overloaded myself. I think I need your planner or maybe a coach 😊 Cheers thanks for reading from Vancouver Island Canada.

Hi, I really like how dense and informative this video is. Unfortunately, and I do hope this comes across in the gentlest way, you speak quickly. I have ADHD, so I find videos presenting these sorts of systems particularly invaluable, but I find the pace at which it is presented to be very overstimulating which prevents me from absorbing it as I would like to.

I personally find the opposite, so I change the playback speed to 1.5 or even 2.0. You could change it to 0.5 and see if that helps. The transcript can also be really helpful: I sometimes stop after an idea is presented and then read the transcript to go over the salient points and even copy and paste that section into any notes I'm making while watching. Hope those tips help :)

@@lizt.5374 vision issues present me from making good use of subtitles/transcripts, and I don't really have time to watch AND read the transcript of a video. I still feel like cutting out some of the fluff (videos like this tend to over justify, which can take time), and slowing it could help both the people who find it too long and too dense. I will try slowing it and see how that goes though.
