This is a great video. It would be even better if you could do a new one or add to this one how to fix it when flipping the toggle doesn't reset the connection. My unit still showed connected to the web - all three lights showed working properly (3.0). Fluidra walked me through doing a full reset of the system (button in the upper right corner of the board) which finally fixed it.

Thank you for the video. I followed it to try to help my mom with her pool. I think I have to wait until all the equipment is turned off in the pool. I reset the button and followed your directions. Thank you and I hope it works. The middle light is just yellow for now. and the other two are not on at all. Assume they should be green. SHe bought the home from people and they didn't leave any directions. Thanks again... KSL

We just moved into our new home. The previous owner has the iaqualink setup already, I believed it was a Ethernet wired setup. If I performed this wifi setup, will it lose it previous settings? Since i know very little about the pool, i am scared i would lose the previous settings.

I've followed these steps and my Aqualink 2.0 is connected as my green light is solid. After I add the Device Number, nothing happens and it says "Location not found". What am I doing wrong? You make it look easy, but it won't recognize the Aqualink 2.0. I did notice that in my app, Aqualink 2.0 is not even a choice, it reads "AquaLink RS, PDA, Z4/TRi" only. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like the I-AquaLink Antenna is not conected. Are all 3 lights solid on the I-AquaLink Antenna? They all need to be solid to be connected. It can only connect to a 2.4G WiFi. IT can not connect with a 5G. Certain WiFi systems do not let you select between 2.4G & 5G. These WiFi systems will NOT work. You also need to have 3 bars of signal at the I-Aqualink Antenna for a good connection.
