I would give this product a 9 out of 10. It is much better than a traditional litter box. I have a cat that is dead set on on getting completel in this unit's "tub" and urinates right out in front of the unit - while inside the tub. We have had some problems with getting the bag to stay tightly connected. I wish there was a better system for holding the drawstring of the bag tight.@@shaimahone

He comprado este arenero hace unos 15 días y todo funcionaba bien. En la app podía ver qué gato entraba (kg) y el tiempo que estaban. La limpieza se hacía automáticamente. Desde hace 6 días la app no me detecta nada y tampoco hace la limpieza automática, tengo que darle yo a limpiar en la app. Hoy tampoco me marca ese aviso en la página principal. ¿Alguien puede decirme cómo solucionarlo? Ya desinstalé y volví a instalar y nada. Gracias

How do I get it to automatically clean after the cat goes and steps out? I set the cleaning interval for “15 mins” thinking that was the setting but if that means it will clean every 15 mins, I don’t need all that!

Auto setting should do the trick

Its clumping time, default on 3 mins the interval ure talking about is that it wont clean for 15 mins after its already have been cleaned so if your cat goes again in the box within 15 mins it wont clean

I needed more on the technical part because when my 9lb cat goes in it does its thing but after the 7lb cat it did nothing. Plus I can’t figure out the panel cuz I can’t see anything but a flashing part

So how often do you have to dump the bag? Everytime they go? I'm a bit confused.Thats the same amount of work as scooping it each time if so?

According to the picture I've seen, the waste bin is 9L and it will take 15 days for that to fill for 1 cat. But I highly doubt that someone will take 15 days before the urge to clean

Litter does not stay at the center and is always on one side. What can I do to fix it. No help on how to calibrate at all in manual.

The litter box does not clean automatically after my cat uses it, it doesn't acknowledge my cat went inside even though the "auto" button is "on" on the app. I've tried unplugging it for a few minutes, still nothing. What can I do? Thanks

Hey this seems like a manufacturing defect to me. They do say to make sure it is on flat level ground and also make sure there’s enough litter in there for it to recognize it. Have you set it up in the app yet? It will tell you if it’s detecting it or not and help you narrow down the issue. The app is tuya smart I got mine as a Christmas present and it works really well. My issue is actually the opposite and it spins around too often and will spin even if my cats only in it for 10 seconds or so. I want it to spin less to preserve the motor

Has conseguido arreglarlo? Me sucede lo mismo. Al principio detectaba el gato que entraba y en la app me indicaba su peso. 6 días después de probarlo y no me marca el peso ni me hace limpieza automática
