THANK YOU!! I haven't actually even opened my new Cricut. I had the old one with the cartridges and my kids got me this new one last Mother's Day 2018, yeah, Mother's day 2019 is this Sunday. I have been so afraid of this new one, so totally different, so haven't opened it. Now, with your awesome video, I will today....after my walk with Gracie (my Yorkie). I have some things I need to make. No, not Mother's Day cards, those were made with a photo I took, my Annual cards are always done that way. May is a birthday month with so many and I need to get started.

Just watched your video...notice it is from 2018 but good tips still...I am very frustrated but determined to "get this" and my machine not become dusty on a shelf unused....I did not make the card given to me in the Air Explorer 2 that I just got...at the time I signed on...and cant find how to get back to that #1, so I thought maybe I can try and go on the design space and made or clicked on a heart...and somehow got my name KRIS in themiddle....I cant print it...says I need to connect my explorer ....my internet is on, I checked and know my gmail is working so what do they mean ???? they asked what machine I have and I said the Air 2 several times...Im so eager to get working yet so frustrated....Thanks for any help!!!!
