Hi, As of now there is no manual options/function in the device to clear or delete all/saved memory. The device is capable to save 500 results, upon which it auto deletes older results.

Hi Mohammed, Data can be uploaded to PC using Accu-Chek Connect Device Link. There is a micro USB port on the side of the device to connect cable to PC. Steps to Installing Accu-Chek Connect Device Link: 1. Connect device to pc using appropriate cable. Click Devices in the top toolbar. You can also download the Device Link installer on the Home page on initial setup. 2. Click the Device Link Download installer button for your operating system. 3. Make a note of the location where your browser saves the installer file (Setup.exe). When the download is complete, browse to that folder on your computer. 4. Start the installer and follow the prompts to install Device Link. When the Device Link installer downloads, it will have a new icon in the notification area (system tray) or on the desktop. 5. NOTE: For Windows computers, the Accu-Chek 360° Connection Manager is also installed. The Connection Manager must be running for the Device Link application to communicate with USB devices. Steps to Transfer data from an Accu Chek Device Data to Device Link in PC: On your computer, open Accu-Chek Connect Device Link. If automatic uploading is disabled in the settings, right-click the icon in the system tray or on the desktop and select “Perform Upload”. Dear Sir, Auto save option is not available. You need to select ‘Memory mar’k every time. Only ‘Save’ option is automatic. You can quickly refer this video during testing from dedicated ‘Channel Playlist’ for ‘Accu Chek’.

Hi Harpreet, When you turn on Accu-Chek Active meter by keeping the M button pressed (for longer than 3 seconds) then “PC” appears flashing in the display. This indicates the meter is ready to communicate to a computer. During active downloading, “PC” remains constant in the display. On completion of downloading, “End” appears in the display.
