I just did the calf exercises for exactly 1 minute. My glucose level was 155. After the exercises, it was 139. Wow. Thank you for this info!

This works wonders,,like a magic,,my blood sugar was 160,, after doing this excercise for 3 min it magically dropped to 129 🥳 Truly a life saviour,,thankyou doctor ❤

I have done calf raises to improve my blood circulation in my legs and to stretch my fascia to improve my foot pain. Now one more reason: to reduce my blood sugar. WOW! Thank you Dr Joshi.

Great advice. I tested on myself (I have a CGM) and it works! Great doctor. After a heavy carb meal, my glucose dropped from 206 to 186 in 2 minutes of this exercise and even faster by adding squats to it!

Thanks for a good tip . I walk daily for 75 minutes at 2.5 miles per hour speed. I will start this now. I am 83 years old. My a1c is around 7.0

This exercise has amazing results. I do it after every meal for 100 raises. I am pre diabetic. I do leg stretchs after meald.

I was very skeptical of this, but I tried it. My blood sugar went from 182 to 141 in less than 5 minutes. Amazing!

It's wonderful. I did this exercise for 2-3 minutes as recommended by Dr Vivek and measured before and after the exercise- the Blood Sugar level readings were 174 and 166 respectively, post 1 hour from my dinner. Did it for d first time today Sept 6,2024 My BS dropped to 122 from 144 2 hr PP. I’m not diabetic but I’ll recommend this to my diabetic husband

I hope that's not fasting glucose. Not to scare you, but out of concern, 126 mg/dl is the cut-off for pre-diabetes, fasting glucose. It might not hurt to check with a doctor.

Today my sugar was 185 after lunch. I read about the exercise . I didn't it for 2 min. and checked my sugar it's like magic it was 135. I can't believe. Thank you Dr.

Dr my blood sugar was 214 before after i do the heel exicise it come down to186. i allways do the exicise but never notice that. thanks for saying it .and i now notice it when i watch your video.thanks again

I am here to say a big thank you and to testify this truly works I tried it just now. Sugar reading was 7.1 I did the calf raises for only 2 mins and it was reduced to 6.5 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. Thank you Doc. I’m a believer ❤

Glucose reading was 124. Did 2 minutes of lifts and then some other chores. 23 minutes later glucose was 117. 7 points in the proper direction makes it very worthwhile. Now I did 20 pushups. 18 minutes later I'm back to 123. 27 minutes later my glucose is 131. 2-1/2 hours later after a 1 mile walk, glucose is 119.

Great indeed ! I tried it Dr Vivek & before doing this Exercise I checked my Blood sugar levels ,it was 192...but after doing this Exercise standing ,for 2 minutes,I checked my BS again ..& was really surprised/Happy to see that The Blood Sugar levels had dropped down to 170 ! It's by raising just the heels... Its called soleus pushups. Can be done sitting on a chair also

I was very sceptical about this, thought it may work for those with chronically high blood glucose or type 2 diabetics but not for those with good glucose levels. Just did 2 minutes fasted, was 4.7 then 4.6 , brilliant hack to have in your arsenal. 👍

I am a follower of your videos. Quite good in most cases. However I am a diabetic from 20 years. I am now 72 years. But I am a regular exerciser. And lifting the heels is a daily routine. But I think it doesn't affect much. Maybe for the moment but the reading springs back.
