How to setup EmulationStation on Windows 10 like RetroPie using RetroArch (2019)

I couldn't see a video on KZbin that completely explained the steps, or any that included the es_systems.cfg.
Shout out to the boys who gave us EmulationStation and RetroArch, none of this would of been possible without them. For real.

My videos I tend to just try and do everything in as little takes as possible and hope it all works at the end. I won't 'try' to hold back on the swearing then I guess, as long as people find it useful then its all good. :)
