My god I am so glad I bought this machine. Juki smokes Consew period. I can actually slide the palm of my hand under the welt foot and clear the entire cluster. The variable speed control with this foot pad is impressive. This machine won’t let me derail. I need a binder plate and a full set of feet. Oh boy, it’s time to rock!!!! Juki I love you!!!!!!!!!!!! ❤️

My 1541S was delivered yesterday. It was fully assembled. All I had to do was take off the shrink wrap, remove the bolts from the pallet, and install the thread holder. I am 74 and I was thrilled to see that I didn't have to assembly anything.

Make sure your thread isn't wrapping around the spool stand or getting caught on anything. Thats causing it to snap back.

Wow! This thing is awesome. Smooth as silk. I noticed the reverse lever has to be fully pressed to engage reverse. On the Consew’s the grab is half the distance to engage but I will adapt. Damn I love my new Juki!!!!! Right on man!!!!😎

Another thing I noticed. The bobbin carriage is farther in than the Consew’s. I went ahead and cut the oil pan in about four inches so I can get my hand in there to reach the bobbin.

Has anyone had issues with a loud creaking knee lifter? It’s been well oiled and worked back and forth and still loud it’s coming from the rear presser bar frame it vibrates when using knee lift
