Thank you so much for thorough excellent tutorials. I am finally feeling like I could actually sew knits. Have you done a pair of pants explaining how to adjust the crotch section? On me, that area always has a bit of a bag in the rear making it look sloppy.

Oh thank you for sharing and showing how much you love life and sewing. God shines in you. You give me hope and I see a huge improvement in my sewing from watching you . I am so glad you are back. I love how you show all details. That is my only way to learn. God has blessed me and with his guidance from the holy spirit I am able to grow and let others see Christ in me. I now belong to a sewing group ,have taken sewing lessons ,bought a better sewing machine.: A Vibrant Baby Lock . I am working toward a Baby Lock serger .Alto I do have a brother serger which I use and love. Thank you for all you do and most of all your living for Christ.
@AnitabyDesign5 жыл бұрын
Hi Mary! You make me smile while reading your comment. Love all the fun you're having with your sewing. Just want to make sure you know that the Vibrant is a serger. You mentioned you bought it and also want to buy a serger. Not sure if I read that correctly.

You are one of the few whom answers. Yes I want a Baby Lock serger and I bought a Jubilant baby lock sewing machine. I do have a Brother serger . I just made a pair of wide leg pants and I love them. You told me to practice with either Muslin or another fabric before I cut my main fabric. It works. I am such a happy person. Thank you again for your blessings you gave today . You give me confidence.

Hello Anita! I am an advanced crocheter/ avid sewer. While searching for a totally different subject... I stumbled upon your channel by Pure accident. And what a surprise you were to me! I totally forgot what I was even looking for, lol. I am so blown away by you! I've watched a lot of your videos in the short time that I have been a subscriber. The first few I watched I learned quite a bit about you. About your trials and tribulations from a couple years ago and how you're dealing with it. It is very apparent that you are living in your design! May God continue to bless you and watch over you! In the meantime I'm going to make this t-shirt LOL! Much love to you and your family 💕💞💕 Keep on keeping on girl! 💪

Hi, Anita, I’m Really glad that you are in a place to start giving us education.again and I’m so glad that you took time for yourself. I appreciate that you shared how difficult it was for you to give away your husbands clothes. That took lots of courage. I applauded that you are redecorating your sewing room. That too takes courage. I personally am glad to have met you on KZbin. I have lots of suggestions for garments. I have been afraid of knit fabrics and want to learn and practice with them. For me and my granddaughter. I too have very old patterns from high school and my twenties. Whenever you want suggestions, I’ll be here to give you mine. I just want to learn more about garments. I’ve sewn since high school, but never had formal education. Well, currently I’m making masks for folks and want to sprinkle in something a little different now. Let us know what we might be doing soon. I’m so very glad to know you. Would love to meet you!!🤗💕😊🤷♀️. Do you have a Facebook page. We could hook up there to meet. Nice chatting...take care, see ya soon...Carol

Yes, Eileen! Bless your beautiful heart for what you're doing for the young ladies in the camp. I love sewing and to know that I can be part of helping young people learn a craft they can use in so many ways is absolutely worth all the time that it takes to produce this type of content. I really appreciate you for this feedback. Makes my heart smile so BIG!!! Tell the girls I said HELLO, and that thy are so precious in God's eyes. Tell them that everything they learn, in every area of life, is building the foundation from which they will launch into a bright future. You are a gift to them Eileen. God bless you.

I have never thought to use a twin needle for attaching elastic. Love the neckline on the tee and the rouching is super cute. Love how you model the clothes!

I think I am an "advanced beginner". I found your channel some time ago, and started following where ever I could (KZbin, IG, etc.) . I love your positivity and clarity! I made a knit t-shirt (out of Doodles knit) some time back and every time I wear it am a bit dissatisfied with it....it has stretched out at the bottom. Sure wish I'd seen this trick before about using interfacing at the hem. I just never thought of doing that for knits but I will from now on! Thanks for all the tips and tricks!
