Great video. And the idea is still applicable to regular tin snips. I didn't know that you're not supposed to sharpen the opposite side, thanks very much for pointing that out

Thanks for the tip , I need to sharpen of pawn shop shears I picked up , their in great shape , old USA Forged , I can cut paper with them , just need a touchup on the edges . Thanks

Take a large bolt, put the shear between the threads,and work them closed and open, like your trying to cut it...

How can I just kinda follow that edge? You mean the cutting edge angle on your shears right? I only have my shears. wtf
