I've never sold successes very well.. so communication is going to be the key thing to master and then pair with achievements to create a better marketing picture for myself.

Thanks a lot for such informative videos. Request your advice on getting back into workforce after 2+ years of career gap due to medical emergency at home. I couldn't upskill myself during this period as most of the time was spent on taking care of my ailing mother. Since situation is settled now and I am ready to join workforce but it seems to be a dead end as no reply from companies despite of multiple applications having ATS friendly Resume'. Thanks Dr Grace Lee. Hack 3 i.e., conveying leadership is very challenging as here we are trying to lead without authority but definitely a good strategy. though may be seen selfish/manipulative by others.

I made an experience that the best opportunities to convey leadership are in times of crisis. These are times where most people will shy away from taking the steer or be simply overwhelmed by being in a leading positon. I got massive acceleration opportunities during the GFC while being a first year graduate when it all started and getting promoted 3 times in 4 years. Having said that, this way of accelerating progress takes its toll, i felt burned out several times during that period, not to speak about psychological pressure from being unstable in the role because of the fast pace. But if I would always do it again as it was also very rewarding years.
