Even tho I barely understand anything when it comes to singing, this video still looks very solid and is quite enjoyable to watch.

Not a musical person, more visual, but I love good breakdowns. (Brought to us in excellent English btw) It's nice to pick up on stuff, even "consumer side". A singer I would love someone to tell me a bit about technically, would be DAZBEE. Her voice always stuck with me.

Now I'm finished. It helped a LOT. I think this changed my perspective on how to study songs. I love the way Japanese people sing, I feel their style has a lot of emotion. Especially what ADO does is just nuts!!

Here are a few notes on this. Some of the words have silent consonants, such as the silent 'e' in 'sekaiju', the silent 'i' in words such as 'shimaeba', or 'keshite'. But sometimes, suffixes are silent such as the silent 'ku' in 'myujik' and 'majikku'. Ado doesn't pronounce it as 'myu-ji-ku' or 'majikku', they pronounce it as 'myu-jik' and 'ma-jik', essentially making them two-syllable lyrics instead of three-syllable lyrics. Dynamics are important as well, especially when it comes to volume control. Below is a short example. Singular quotations denote silent consonants, Parentheticals denote volume and voice type, and Tildes denote longer belted notes. *Intro* (quiet, operatic) (louder, chest voice) Shin jidai wa kono mirai da (louder) (quieter) S'e'kaijuu zenbu kaete sh'i'maeba (loud, head voice) Kae te sh'i'maeba~~~

Hey there, I LOVED this video/analysis and think you do a great job at explaining things and breaking concepts down. Could you please do video(s) where you go more in depth into general singing technique (ie. like singing high notes). I know you already do some of that here, but I would also like to see videos dedicated to explaining how to develop and practice specific singing skills in a more general sense.

Very nice analysis. I truly appreciate this since I'm a big ADO fan. I'm not too familiar with these technical terms when it comes to vocals but I can definitely notice that ADO is using a lot of complicated techniques. Such as her GROWLS on USEEWA and ODO and some of those Operatic sounds on TOT Musica. I cant really put a name to all those things but you can tell whatever she is doing is VERY VERY Difficult and for her to do it so natural its just amazing. Again, Thank you for this analysis. I instantly clicked this when it appeared on my feed and if you decide to do more like these, I would def watch and appreciate it.

4 months ago??? How did I only find this now? This is an amazing analysis, great video 👍 Also, before the last "Shin jidaida" she did the "shimaeba" part differently. Instead of "shimaeba aha/" she just went straight to (correct me if I'm wrong) "shimaeba/" with a high "ba".
