I AM an explosives expert... at least that was my Army skill in the Greek Army 50 years ago... I've been experimenting with these kinds of bombs myself too, only I wasn't using blades and nails, I just applied grease on the inside of the can, just enough to hold the steel balls and nuts I was using as frag... then a piece of a plastic bag to keep the explosive mix dry, securing the lid and that's all... setting it on ground lvl the frags like to take an upward trajectory around 20/30 degrees, and yes!... they can do a lot of dmg... even 1/5 of the size you used
@texas_stone_lets_go_brandon Жыл бұрын
I have watched so many videos testing the shrapnel effects of explosives. I feel the lack of desired evidence is because of the lack of coverage. Keeping the same plywood targets y’all use to figure out how much force the shrapnel has, make a circle or square or whatever around those targets using drop cloths. Harbor freight has the 9x6 ones right now for $8. Buy a bunch of them, build a frame of sorts, that can be used over and over again. Then hang the drop cloths on the frame. I feel you’ll catch the spread of the shrapnel better. Like paper targets, the drop cloths can be used numerous times if you put a patch on them. Iron on cloths patches would be super easy and cheap. Or just sew up the holes with a sewing machine, even cheaper. Born and raised Houston boy, Hell, I’ll help y’all build the thing. I went to Sam, I’m fairly familiar with the area y’all are in.

i love the videos and i understand the frustration at the tight budget and people comparing you to the big guntubers so much when it isnt a fair comparison, but making bitter remarks about how pampered they are and predicting hate comments so much is just kind of offputting and uncomfortable. it doesn't help your channel at all which is a shame because you have amazing potential

Dude! I truly respect the work y'all put in to making these videos for us to enjoy! I'll come be a minion! Just give me a section nearby to put a tent up on and run a power supply... That way I can handle the video editing / social media work... Don't need much else cause it'll only be temporary... Cause we'll be able to make more content now that I'll be there to do most of the prep and set-up for the videos... All y'all gotta do is handle the explosive stuff... I'll handle site cleanup as well as any other jobs... And I currently live in Jacksonville, Florida.... So I'm used to the Humid Heat that we have... I doubt I'll have too much of an issue coping with the temperatures... lol... I challenge anyone to do anything outside in 110° Heat and try to keep a t-shirt dry.... It's too hot to be wearing an undershirt, even if it's a Tanktop/A-Shirt..... ROFLMAO! 😂😂

Nice thumbnail for the video - those shrapnel blades really catch the eye! Another great video. Always enjoy watching you guys do stuff I'd love to do, but can't without possible jail (or prison) time. One suggestion, if I may? The audio levels from scene to scene vary a bit too much. Once the final video is edited, I feel like running a compressor on the audio would help a ton. Love the videos - thank you for the edu-tainment!
