@@Djpirateking No moisture has rendered it useless. The closer the colour is to yellow, the more useful the strips. If its on the greener side, it means moisture has entered the strip and its not readable.

1:13 the machine turns on and blood drop symbol comes on the screen when you inserted the strip, and "your machine turns off" after you pull out the strip how? I have 2 accu check active machines and both remains on as the strip is pulled out with the blood symbol flashing and turns off after 90 seconds. I take the strip out then apply blood of the person being tested and then re insert the strip with in 90 secs and the test is performed perfectly. I wonder how you machine turns off on the same scenario 🤔

This is not always the case .. it can also be due to dirt or blood on the meter where the strip is slipped in..

You are wrong brother strips are not damage they work correctly. First clear the lens area with thinner, where you insert the strip clean it properly. After that check you machine its works properly
