This year I'm so excited of getting back to Bonsai cultivation after a putting it on hold for 10 years, and your videos are a great encouragement!, I'm watching all avidly. It's awesome how our brains work: last year I didn't notice anything special around my garden and my neighborhood, but this year after your videos about seedlings, now I see little plants literally everywhere!! 😅. I've collected around 20 Silver maples just from my backyard, and found tree 4year old silver maples growing within my wildflowers garden 😊. I wish I could share some photos. @mchlbk3 жыл бұрын
They don't do graft at Herons, only seeds, cuttings and airlayerings. The baby plants are not clones of the mother tree. Natural selection/evolution may give you something interesting. Most tiny plants will inherit the caracteristics of the mother tree though. Sow a lot and select the best for whatever project you have in mind.

They are special now ☺️ When I left Cali a few years ago, I took my late father’s baby ficus tree, now that tree is stuck at my home in Florida. I get so emotionally attached to family’s trees. It’s crazy. I think my seeds are Himalayan Or Flying Moth seeds. Do you know what species your tree is? Were we suppose to collect them back in November?
