Hi, Native speaker here. Our everyday English does have some "naughty" colorful words that are never supposed to be used in formal situations such as "A'int". We do have a practice of shortening and bridging words together so often we probably sound like we talk so fast. :)

Это потому, что американцы говорят очень быстро и любят невнятно произносить слова, особенно молодёжь. Кроме того, в английском языке много акцентов, и вам, возможно, не повезло при просмотре фильма с акцентом, с которым вы сталкиваетесь регулярно. Я уверен, что скоро все получится, не волнуйтесь и продолжайте усердно работать ❤️

Native Speaker here, I remember in grade school teachers *hated* the word "ain't". Their hatred only made it more popular. I remember a rhyme we used to jokingly say when we were told not to use the word ain't, "Ain't ain't a word, so I ain't gonna say it, ain't you proud of me", the teachers were not proud of us.

Native English speaker here. I don't think a comma is necessary in "I'm afraid" sentences. "Oh, I'm afraid the deflector shield will be quite operational when your friends arrive." No pause necessary.
