This small tip on twisting your quads, and the one on hip trust about "pushing the ground with your feet" completely changed my leg day training

On god. It targets your Vastus Lateralis I think. But what does it help? Am I supposed to do this with every leg day to make sure my quads are properly getting developed?

Could you do a vid on how to stretch in order to increase mobility when doing squats? Or have you already made one?
@MM-lo8dn4 жыл бұрын
He has some mobility videos I believe but typically you want to do dynamic stretches. I would also use resistant bands to help open up your hips and warm up your glutes.

You need to research improving ankle mobility, and/or tight hip flexors. One of these will most likely be the reason why you struggle to get depth

Really liked this. I have nothing like your size and I'm fine with that. But I have been trying to get stronger in my lower body. TUTT has been a boon for for me. 45-55 seconds constant tension at 2/3rds to 3/4qtrs of my heavy work set as a finisher every back squat day. It has really helped me to gain better control, develop mind muscle connection and thereby greater strength.

Your legs are beautiful!! I wish mine looked like that! My legs size does not change, even if I have tried drops sets, supersets, increasing weights etc, if I eat more, I become fat, when I lose the weight, my legs are still as small as they were before I ate more. But I am willing to try more lol, I still have hope!!

If any bigger guys or girls who are afraid to do squats, happen to read this. Start with box squats. They help when your hip flexors are tight and eventually when they losen up, you can do ass to grass. But don't skip squats, strong and mobile legs will help you do a lot of other stuff. I still weigh over 400lbs, I started with just bodyweight but now do front and back squats 3 times a week with 100 lbs on top of my already massive frame. My legs feel strong and great, and the flexibility has made walking and moving about so much easier.

You can find good ones, you just have to search for them specifically. A lot of companies are starting to make trousers for more muscular legs. I've also found that athletic-leisure type wear tends to work well. Joggers being one of my favorites.
