The great aspect of your workouts is that you use equipment which is readily available at most gyms and which also apply to the home gym situation. have a workout split, where you’ll repeat legs twice, you’re supposed to give your legs 2-3 days of rest before you work them out again

Currently limited to dumbbells, 5-50lbs. Some great leg tips using them! I would put in a request for seated calf machine if that were my gym!
