I've watched several videos on consulting, and this is the best, most straight forward one I've seen. Unlike your video, most videos have the "ask" at the end of them, without providing any real actionable tasks for the viewer to do. Excellent video.

@vladislavpetkov22713 жыл бұрын
I was having a thought three days ago about that... I am used to people asking me for advice on many topics that I am interested in. And I always give it for free, and they are happy with the outcome. This video was pure luck to be in my recommended because I haven't searched for anything even remotely close to consulting. So after watching it, honestly I am blown away by the things Mr Suby talked about! I have all of that coming to me naturally on daily basis. It is time for me to follow my guts here. Thank you, sir!

Great video - straight to the point. I've been consulting now for 6 years, I have had several clients that are truly satisfied and yes, I charge a fee. The only thing I didn't do was set up a website. I did a lot of 'grunt' work already. I already have the foundation now I need to build on it.

Loved your video great info. I’m going into the same industry. As a person that Learned how to open and operate a business by doing it myself I’m able to provide the same knowledge for people that want to start their own business and avoid the pitfalls avoid scamming. Because believe me if these people that are out there to scam you they know when the person is starting the business and that’s when they’ll take a vantage of you so that’s where I come in and I help them avoid those so-called pitfalls.

I got a question please since you are already a successful consultant.. How can I find my nich? What am passionate about is helping someone make their ideas into a reality; basically building business from scratch.. And also I love to give advices to business owners of any industry about how to run their business towards success providing advices on operation, branding, marketing, even scaling and new product or enhance service, etc. So what's my nich here? Also I don't have a business degree nor ever started a business but I know I can cause my advices to business owners were like ' oh, aha, ah' kinda affect and these ppl studied the subject.. so I know I have it in me.. Your answer would really help, I hope you do see this and answer me.. Good day..

I often hear that in order to win tenders and contracts as a consultating company, you need to have a company profile. A company profile consists of projects you did, testimonials from clients, etc. My question is, how do you create that company profile if you're starting from scratch?
@davypaul9827 Жыл бұрын
This is where you lean on your work experience. IE Co's/clients you have worked for/with. furthermore, mention those co's clients/customers. Dont need to get into details, just mentioning names of businesses you have worked with/for and/or have associated with. confidence in communication is a must have. @davySTUN

Bro, my passion is more like my hobbies, running music, etc. My browsing history is porn and random stuff(tho interesting stuff but very random). But I think of consulting as helping people solve problems using data and insights not visible from the naked eye. Is that a good motivation to start? Tho I would choose a field I find interesting and opportunistic but not exactly in my passion.

If you provide free advise on start , doing it second time for the same guy and asking now for 5k let's say for advise will be hard. Even if he did get first time results he will try to bargain price and that mean customer is leading our sale now. I think we want to give him something free like this videos or free join in webinar on start. Once come to actualy taking time to seat down and do our work where we spend time with person I want to have it paid for...what you think ? Thanks for video I really like it
@roncarter68184 жыл бұрын
I agree. I always advice to charge, and charge appropriate for the desire you are helping them achieve. Not for your time. The people who want discounts and free work always end up not being the type of clients we usually enjoy working with. If you start by finding WHO you want to help, then you ask those people what they are struggling with, you can craft an offer that will speak directly to them, and get them to want to hop on the phone with you. Then you close the call, if it turns out that you can help them for sure. When we take people through this process, you don’t need prior results. Because none of it is about you. Even when we are on the call, we are diagnosing their problem, not talking about our achievements.. Even if you don’t know how to get that specific result they want yet, you can research it, learn it, then deliver. This is easy to do when you are focusing on 1 type of client with a specific problem.
